Omaha Night Owl Laws are Unenforceable
In a letter to city officials, ACLU Nebraska warned Omaha that their new anti-late-night-loitering ordinances are unconstitutional and unenforceable. ACLU also expressed concerns the laws will only be used to target minority neighborhoods.
