Student Free Speech Rights Lawsuit Filed Against Millard South Public School
Students suspended from Millard South High School for wearing t-shirts saying "RIP Julius" were the victims of unconstitutional censorship, says ACLU Nebraska. ACLU asked the school to remove the suspensions from their records and permit the shirts in a lawsuit filed in federal court today.
