Tell Lawmakers to Protect Medicaid
The House of Representatives has passed a reconciliation bill that includes massive cuts to Medicaid and will take health care services away from millions of people, including people with disabilities. The bill now heads to the Senate, where we have another chance to stop it. We must take action now.
Protect Abortion Access
Lawmakers are debating a bill that would burden abortion care providers and threaten access in Nebraska. Providers say LB 632 is essentially a backdoor abortion ban. Lawmakers need to stay out of personal health care decisions.
Support Second Chances
Urge your senator to support LB 215, a Smart Justice bill rooted in ideas of rewarding rehabilitation, reconnecting families, and saving taxpayer dollars with each commuted sentence.
