As reported in the Lincoln Journal Star, the 2014 traffic stop report from the Nebraska Crime Commission is out. Last August, the ACLU released a report on racial profiling in Nebraska, digging into the numbers Nebraska had been collecting for decades. While the ACLU is pleased that more law enforcement organizations are conducting anti-bias trainings in Nebraska, these trainings are not yet mandatory around the state for all law enforcement officers.
