Voices of Resilience is a powerful video series centering the voices and lived experiences of Nebraskans who have survived solitary confinement in the juvenile justice and adult prison systems, complemented by policymakers’ perspectives.

To complement this project and provoke further discussion on these issues, the ACLU of Nebraska created a discussion guide and published a blog by the project lead and local filmmaker Jason Witmer.

View the full video series above or on Youtube, download the discussion guide below, and let your State Senator know that ending juvenile solitary confinement must be a priority in the upcoming legislative session.
