Event Details

Food and Drinks

This is a casual event that encourages attendees to come as you are and enjoy the space and community. We are arranging for food trucks to be on site with food available for purchase starting at roughly 5:30 p.m. Drinks will be available within the venue when doors open at 6 p.m.

Art to Explore

Community arts leaders are curating a special exhibition celebrating six decades of civil rights, activism and the ongoing struggle for freedom. Take in a wide variety of visual media from local artists reflecting on the core freedoms and civil rights issues shaping Nebraska today. Artist studios will be open throughout Clover24 for this event. Explore the space, meet artists and learn about their craft. Art will be available for purchase at the event with a portion of proceeds benefiting the ACLU of Nebraska.

Inspirational Speakers

At 7 p.m., our program begins. Speakers will share thoughts on the last 60 years of work and our vision for the work ahead of us to achieve a just and accountable Nebraska where "We the People" means all of us. Among our lineup are past ACLU of Nebraska clients, courageous community members who brought litigation to advance equality and freedom in high-impact cases that have touched thousands of Nebraskans' lives. Together, we’ll reflect on the past, look forward to the future and reaffirm our ongoing commitment to civil rights and liberties in Nebraska.
