Dylan advances immigrants’ rights in Nebraska through litigation and advocacy of policy changes. His work protects the domestic and international rights for people to seek their American Dream in Nebraska. In service of that goal, he has combatted unjust laws, represented clients in their immigration journeys, and educated the community about their rights.

Originally from San Diego, California, Dylan is arguably Nebraska’s finest import. Growing up in one of America’s most multicultural cities has imbued Dylan with a warmth, curiosity, and openness for other cultures, which ultimately led him to his career as an immigration lawyer. He has lived in Nebraska for almost all his adult life, though he has also lived for varying lengths of time in Belize, Germany, and even the far-flung Faroe Islands.

Dylan graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL) with a major in classical languages and a minor in German. While at UNL school of law, he gained extensive experience in immigration law during his year-long enrollment in the prestigious immigration clinic. Dylan is fluent in German and conversational in several other languages, including Spanish.

Fun Fact: If he can do it, so can you. Seriously.
